CSCC Connection Camp 2013!

3D2N camp ended yesterday from 2nd to 4th October! A rather unique and different camp as compared to the many others I have went before! Rules and all to abide to and yah strict stuffs and weird weird super weird forfeits and all...

Day 1

Met simjiayi, trained to pasir ris. Reunited with the other CS who were at Mac for breakie before going to the meeting place. Cultural & PR peeps were there as well!

Anyways, early in the morning and it started raining already what's more it's only the first day of camp! So so our ponchos were put into good use >.<

Meeting place @ Piai Plaza at Pasir Ris park! CS wearing ponchos under the rain again! Hahaha protecting our stuffs from getting wet and all so yah went to the pavilion, aka our breakie/lunch/dinner place!

Ice breaking games and the usual self introduction to the group mates! Hehe team AVENGERS here!^^ MRT game and another game I forget the name already!:P

Actually I forget what we did on the first day.. Hahaa!! Okay, I try my best! Handed our phones and valuables over as well as utensils & torchlight! Lunched and then self introduction started! The hierarchy actions and names of the individual seniors!

Next we introduced our team flags! Teams include minions, hobbits, avengers, mutants, smurfs & avatar!! :D GPs GL TTM as usual! Station games next!:) This is where greetings and all started before we can actually play the game..

Before we start any game, we have to greet and ask for the hierarchy actions of the individual GPs and actually greet again along with actions! Abit lame and time consuming lah! Gamessss then forefeits! The weirdest, sensitivest forfeit you can think of! Apparently we have to pass tic-tac sweet using our MOUTH standing in opposite genders! Seriously hate it lah!

Station games ended. Went to place our bags and all in our rooms which was a rather long distance away... So walk talk talk walk and then walked all the way back from our chalet to the pavilion we first gathered!

Dinner! Then it was night activities! So one phone was passed back to each group to contact and pass information to us from the camp chief(CC) Mine was picked for my group, lucky? Haha but then used for the games only didn't on 3G just in case I sidetrack! Hehe:D

Night activities started. Started off with cluedo games where we have to play station games in exchange of clues! All sorts of funny games especially the first station, to make milo! Haha>.<

Went back to the pavilion after everything ended. Fruits for supper where there's apple, banana and oranges! Have to eat and keep the skin coz we are gonna use them to decorate our model>.<

Next night activity to collect as much light sticks as possible so we picked and dispersed and get together again! Got tricked by GPs and then when we were hungry we went to the pavilion to exchange pocky with light sticks ended bringing more trouble for ourselves!

No longer passing tic-tac, now is eating pocky with opposite partner leaving only 5mm and then 1cm! Not gonna say the GPs are lenient coz 1cm is still very short! That game I literally felt like going home.. OMGGGG! Hais hais hais>.<

Anw back after collecting 56 light sticks but apparently it's like the 2nd lowest among the rest of the group! Who cares.. hehe so so sugar biscuits before we went to bathe!

Lights off at 3.30am for first day! 15 girls squeezing in a room! Squeezy though but I guess none have energy anymore! Just want to sleeeppppp! Waking up at 8.30am the next day so SLEEPPP!

Day 2

Woke up, tired, lazy, hungry! Breakie as usual, Bread! But this time with Nutella! Guess other camps breakie bread as per normal with jams and kaya, never with Nutella! Hehee>.< As usual greetings and all sorts or trouble we have to go through just to get our food! Forfeit to be done by each member of the different groups, A GUY!

Punishment with condom. Damn sick please! They have to blow it like a balloon and burst it! OMG early in the morning can't maintain already lah!:((( Anw QiZhen, the sick patient went and he couldn't blow but yah well done to do everything told though! Not an easy thing to do!

After breakie was gamessss! First station: captain's ball, competing with MINIONS! As usual greetings and all before we get started! Still muddy the field but then no time to complain so leggo! First round with basketball and we got thrashed hard, 7-1! At least not 0! Next round using cabbage and we got 2-1 I think! We won 2nd round, maybe we can play better with cabbage!:X anw anw forfeit to be done so we had to eat half a lime, leaving behind the skin onlyyyyy! Not too sour though^^

Proceed to the next game: soccer, with HOBBITS! Paired and into the hula-hoop.. We lost as well, 2-1 in the end! AVENGERS can't play and win games lah we were all telling each other just to enjoy coz we know we can't win!:p Forfeit to act out the heaven & earth commercial! LAME TTM!

Went back to the pavilion after finishing 2/3 games. Camp song time! Learnt 2 new songs: <<I'm a Texas>> & <<Pearly Shell>> Quite lost lah coz quite a few campers, FOC kids that went for CSCC FOC learnt and knew what and how to sing! So for those who didn't, was quite blur and all and seniors didn't really spend a lot of time on us since quite a lot can sing! Felt a bit dunno what lah so yah.. Just follow and anyhow sing lor! Thanks to the guy beside me too, taught me all and corrected me! Thanks thanks but I dunno his name so oh well...

Lunched. After that exercised a bit with a few songs that had vigorous movement as well as dance session! Quite cool and unique lah tbh! Had fun! Especially the dancing part where we walk, cha-cha, tango, shit & matrix in and out with different partner as a whole! Cool cool! I was like telling each guy partner I have sweaty palms before I started coz I scared they mind!:( hehe but all nice peeps so yah don't mind don't mind! Hope they really do if not I'm sorry!

Next we taught of our camp cheer! Thanks to Benjamin, from gusto! Haha got an idea and started practicing at our hideout place! Tired, lazy and all but we were all satisfied with it! AVENGERS FIGHTING!

Satisfieddddd!:) Mass games next: Flag snatching! Idea from running man and it was indeed quite fun to play with! Snatching from other group their flags and all^^

After game, went back took our bathing materials and long walk once again to the pavilion! DINNER! Then we exchanged the collected lightsticks with snacks from food team! Quite a fun thing though we didn't guess and crack the mystery for the CLUEDO gameeee!:O

Performance night. A string of performance lined up and we learnt a few more camp songs in between. Sick, hyper, funny and entertaining performance all mixed up! But some were really quite sick to be accepted!:P Shall not elaborate further!

Bathed and after that we were asked to gather in our sub comms and heart-to-heart talk with our heads! Yay yay Raquel & Cheryl! Talked, shared, eat, laugh! We were all so tired that we changed our positions from sitting to lying but the nice sky was seriously DAEBAK! Lied and almost fell asleep when someone called me and back to room! Brush teeth and all and slept! Another fact to add on to CS list, CS first to sleep! Coz the room there's only CS sleeping while the rest were still chit-chatting! Hehe!

Day 3

Woke up at 7.30am! Have to prepare and all and bring all out stuffs down! Last meal provided there, breakie! So before we get our food, actions + commercial! We have to think of a commercial for PLANTA and impress the GPs so that we can eat! OMG we were literally stoning instead of thinking! Hehe but in the end still managed to:)

After breakie, dispersed to discuss on our performance which we will be doing when we go back to school.. They actually called for buses to bring is back to sp and continue with the camp! Still thought I could fetch bro from NS! But lucking didn't coz bro book out quite late!

Couldn't think of any idea as usual so just wasting our time! The sun was like freaking hot and unbearableeeee! Finally bus came and we boarded and otw to schoolllll! Song singing session once again in the bus with the high GPs.

Reached school and prepared our performanceeee! Finally ideas but quite lame!:P better than nothing:X

Played one last mass games to decide the arrangement for the performance later on. So we have to be binded to a pair with lightsticks and search for pingpong balls surrounded around T11! Paired with castor and found quite a few! Total of 3 rounds I think! Have to find them and form the work "HOLLYWOOD HAVOC"! Letter A is the trickiest lah but avengers managed to win this roundddd!

Performance! Had a great laugh especially the GPs which will pop out suddenly with the facial expression drawn out which express themselves! Cool though! Haha.. GPs also performed short scene about the funny incidents that happened, none of them I knew!

Got our long wanted camp shirt in blue! Changed and back to take a mass photo! Debriefed and finally break camp at 5+! Pictures spam as usual!

TEAM AVENGERS from the various subcomms! Thanks for the 3D2N spent with you guys! Learnt a lot and know you guys better from the stories and games played together! Awesome peeps to be together with and always so nice and willing to help each other! AVENGERS UNITE! AVENGERS FIGHTINGGGGGG!

CS!!!! With our lovely heads Raquel & Cheryl! OMG I think we still bond best when we CS are together! Especially from all the events we attended together and know each other better and better, we slowly bonded together as a CS, as a family! CS JIAYOU!

Dinner with CS! At first only CS but turns out to be CSCC without AUDIO! Went to JustAcia with PR, Welfare & Cultural! I think head count, 46! Waited grp quite some time to reach and get sitted coz peak period and a super big group to attend to so separated to the various subcomms and dinnered!^^ All soooooo hungryyyy!
